Paracetamol - medicated group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and has a strong analgesic and antipyretic, anti-inflammatory effect of the drug is negligible. Paracetamol inhibits the cyclooxygenase enzyme, whereby there is slow metabolism of arachidonic acid and decreased synthesis of prostaglandins, prostacyclin and thromboxane. The analgesic effect of the drug is carried out by reducing the amount of prostaglandins in the tissues of the central nervous system. Paracetamol directly affects the thermoregulatory center in the hypothalamus, which leads to reduction of elevated body temperature.
Phenylephrine hydrochloride - sympathomimetic drug, helps constrict blood vessels located in the mucous membrane of the nose and paranasal sinuses. Phenylephrine eliminates swelling of the mucous membranes of the nose, reducing rhinorrhea, nasal breathing easier.

Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) - has a strong antioxidant and an immunostimulating action. Ascorbic acid enhances the phagocytic activity of macrophages, enhances the non-specific immune response. In addition, vitamin C protects cells and tissues from the negative effects of free radicals and peroxides.

Indications for use:

How to use:
The drug is used for preparation of a solution for oral administration. The contents of the bag must be completely dissolved in a glass of hot drinking water. The drug is taken with or without food. Adults and adolescents over the age of 12 years, usually on 1 bag of the drug 1-4 times a day. Care must be an interval of at least 4 hours between doses of the drug.
The maximum daily dose is 5 bags.
