Indications for use:
Ointment and rectal suppositories Posterisan Forte is used for the treatment of patients with acute symptoms of hemorrhoids (including the persistent flow of hemorrhoids, as monotherapy or in combination with other drugs), as well as patients with pruritus ani, including resistant to other drugs.
Mode of application:
The drug is intended for rectal administration. Before using the product should be cleaned anorectal area and wash your hands thoroughly. It is desirable to use the drug Posterisan Forte after spontaneous bowel cleansing. The suppository should be careful to enter as deeply as possible into the rectum. Duration of therapy and dose Posterisan Forte determined by the physician.

Posterisan Forte is not used for the treatment of patients suffering from bacterial, fungal or viral diseases with skin manifestations in the anorectal area (including the TB symptoms, syphilis, gonorrhea, ringworm and chickenpox).
Posterisan Forte should not be used in patients with post-vaccination reactions of patients, fungal diseases (regardless of the localization of lesions), inflammatory diseases of the skin (including perioral dermatitis and rosacea).
Suppositories and ointment Posterisan Forte is not recommended for patients with ulcerative lesions and atrophic changes of the skin and mucous membranes in the anorectal area, and parasitic infections of the skin and rectum.
Posterisan Forte is contraindicated in patients with tumors of the anorectal area.
Posterisan Forte is not used in pediatric practice.
Posterisan Forte with extreme caution should be used during pregnancy (the appointment is possible only under medical supervision, for a short time and if the alternative safer drugs do not give the desired effect). Corticosteroids penetrate the blood-barrier. There is currently no data on the effect of corticosteroids on human fetal development, but some teratogenic effects of corticosteroids were observed in animal studies.
