Pharmacological action:
Aminoplazmal E represents a solution containing amino acid (a levorotatory isomer) and electrolytes. Quantitative amino acid content was 100 g / l. The preparation contains 20 amino acids including essential (methionine, lysine, leucine, phenylalanine, tryptophan, isoleucine, valine, and threonine). The content of essential amino acids with respect to the total amount of the preparation is about 41%, which is considered close to optimum for protein synthesis. Amino acid "branched chain" (leucine, isoleucine and valine) is about 20%. Among similar solutions has the highest biological value of the index value equal to 2.56. Introduction Aminoplazmalya E allows you to quickly achieve a positive nitrogen balance. The presence of the drug ornithine and glutamic acid promotes the recycling of ammonia by urea synthesis. Introduction of the solution at the same time allows to fill the deficit of amino acids and electrolytes.
Indications for use:
Aminoplazmal E is intended for parenteral nutrition for conditions involving severe loss or increased body's need for proteins: peritonitis, burns, injuries, gastrointestinal stenosis, cachexia, post-operative period (with the impossibility of enteral nutrition), malabsorption syndrome, coma, inflammation of various departments gastrointestinal tract, fever, amyloidosis.
How to use:
For adults, the daily dose Aminoplasmal 10% E is 20 ml / kg. For children - 15 ml / kg. The drug is administered intravenous drip. Given the high osmolarity of the solution in the central administration (as an exception to the peripheral) must be made via a vein catheter. The introduction rate - 1 ml / kg / h. For better absorption of amino acids at the same time recommended infusion of non-protein solutions (carbohydrate, fat emulsions).
Side effects:
Nausea, chills, vomiting (usually non-compliance with the infusion rate).
Contraindications:
Shock, severe circulatory decompensation, hyperhydration, hepatic failure, renal failure with hyperasotemia, hyperkalemia, acidosis, hyponatremia.
Pregnancy:
The data on the safety of Aminoplazmalya E during pregnancy are not received.
Interaction with other drugs:
Not desirable to introduce a solution of E Aminoplazmalya other drugs.
Overdose:
Renal failure. Treatment: on the general principles of the termination of the infusion Aminoplazmalya.
